Catarina · Shipping to Spain
1. Logistics Partners
Catarina works exclusively with recognised logistics partners, ensuring security, traceability and efficiency in order transit.
Orders are dispatched from Portugal; deliveries to Spain are carried out via CTT – Correios de Portugal or associated express services.
For international shipments, different couriers may be used, selected according to the destination country and the type of service booked.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: up to 7 working days
- Rest of the World: up to 15 working days
The indicated delivery times are estimates and count from confirmation of payment. During periods of high demand (e.g. promotional campaigns or festive seasons), delivery times may vary slightly.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the purchase, allowing the customer to select the most convenient option.
Shipping to Spain costs €8.00 (VAT included). Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more (VAT included).
4. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Following dispatch, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number.
Responsibility for delivery transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the order.
5. Delivery Attempts and Non-Collection
If the recipient is absent, the courier may make a new delivery attempt or make the parcel available for collection at a CTT pick-up point.
Failure to collect within the timeframe specified by the carrier may result in the order being returned to Catarina. In such cases, re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Order Inspection
The customer is advised to check the external condition of the packaging upon delivery. Should there be visible damage, they must report it immediately to the carrier and contact customer support.
Any anomaly must be reported within a maximum period of 48 hours following receipt.
7. Incorrect Address
Catarina is not responsible for delays or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Exceptional Delays
The company cannot be held liable for delays arising from external factors, including strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs restrictions or situations of force majeure.
